Advanced thermal wood seasoning kilns designed for rapid, uniform moisture removal, preventing warping and ensuring high-quality timber.
Fresh timber must be properly dried to prevent warping, cracking, and fungal growth. Our Wood Seasoning Plants (Kilns) use controlled thermal environments to uniformly extract moisture from the wood, vastly improving its commercial value.
These kilns utilize steam generated from our boilers or thermic fluid heaters to maintain precise temperature and humidity cycles. They are essential for export-grade furniture and handicraft manufacturers.

The kilns are typically heated using steam radiators connected to a boiler, or via a thermic fluid heating system.
The plants are equipped with steam spray systems and exhaust dampers, often managed by a PLC to follow strict drying schedules.
Chambers are custom-built. Capacities usually range from 500 cubic feet up to 5000+ cubic feet per batch.
Seasoning reduces moisture making the wood stable and less prone to fungus, but for termite protection, it should be followed by processing in our Wood Treatment Plant.
